- Departure from the Conference center by bus, to Boulogne-sur-Mer, free visit of the aquarium and specific guided parts.
- Nausicaá is so much more than just an aquarium. The architecture, scenography and soundscape design are in turn fascinating, disconcerting and unique, all at the service of nature and Nausicaá's messages. The technology behind Europe's largest aquarium is also very impressive. When you visit the Journey on the High Seas exhibition, the discovery of the "great ocean show" offers an unprecedented panorama, and an incredible vision of the marine landscape of the high seas. The impression of diving into the depths of the ocean. This moment is all the more unique as Nausicaá is the only aquarium in Europe to introduce the public to the high seas, this maritime realm that is so highly coveted and that forms the basis of the planet's stability.

Blanc-Nez Cape & Gris-Nez Cape : outstanding views across the Dover Strait
- Facing the so-called Dover Strait, Pas-de-Calais in French, two capes are the French counterparts of the famous White cliffs of Dover. There’s no better place to see the English coasts than from the French side. Those two capes are obviously different as they are characterized by different colours at the origin of their name. The cap Blanc-Nez is made of chalk as its brother English counterpart. More than 120 m high, it offers a unique view on the surrounding Boulonnais relief, but also on the Southern North Sea. At its feet, the sandy shore covering the rocky platform is affected by strong waves. To the South, your eyes are attracted by the Cape Gris-Nez after the elegant bay of Wissant. The cape Gris-Nez with about 50 m is lower, but at a swimming distance from England. Deformed Jurassic rocks offer numerous microhabitats on the shore while the view at its top opens on the heavy maritime traffic crossing each day the Channel, together with huge amounts of water, but only from less than 9 000 years… Another exciting story to tell at one of the peak sites of the Cross-Channel Geopark.
