Registration fee

For the 16^th IASWS symposium in Le Touquet, from 30^th of June to the 04^th of July 2025, the registration fee is :

• For early registration (before the 15^th of April 2025) :
  • 400 € for permanent researchers (confirmed researchers)
  • 250 € for PhD students, Post-Doctoral young researchers *
  • 250 € for accompanying person

• For late registration (after the 15^th of April 2025) :
  • 500 € for permanent researchers (confirmed researchers)
  • 300 € for PhD students, Post-Doctoral young researchers *
  • 300 € for accompanying person

For the Sediment-Water Interactions Summer School 2025 held in Wimereux, from the 23^rd to the 27^th of June 2025 AND the 16^th IASWS symposium in Le Touquet, from 30^th of June to the 04^th of July 2025, the registration fee is :

• For early registration (before the 15^th of April 2025) :
  • 600 € for permanent researchers (confirmed researchers)
  • 400 € for PhD students, Post-Doctoral young researchers *

• For late registration (after the 15^th of April 2025) :
  • 700 € for permanent researchers (confirmed researchers)
  • 500 € for PhD students, Post-Doctoral young researchers *

*Upon presentation of document. Specific fee applies to PhD and Post-Doc who have a valid proof at the time of registration payment. Proof of status must be uploaded at the time of registration.

Note : Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or late), otherwise the subsequent rate will automatically apply.

The 16^th IASWS symposium full registration fees include :

• A welcome cocktail
• 5 Lunches at the Conference Centre (30^th June to 04^th July 2025) - Vegetarian meals available upon request
• Coffee/tea breaks with refreshments
• One Gala dinner on Wednesday evening
• A Field trip on Wednesday afternoon to be chosen between 3 proposals
• Bus transfer from the Etaples-sur-Mer railway station for specific arrival hours only on Sunday afternoon 29^h of June (not needed for Summer School + IASWS attendees).
• Membership of IASWS until the next meeting (2028)

The Sediment-Water Interactions Summer School full registration fees include :

• Transfers from the Boulogne-sur-Mer or Calais railway stations for specific arrival hours only on Sunday afternoon 22^nd of June.
• A welcome cocktail
• Accommodation in collective mobil-homes (3 to 6 participants per mobil-home) for the whole duration of the Summer School (arrival on 22^nd June 2023 in the afternoon, departure on 28^th of June in the morning)
• 5 Breakfasts at the Marine Station of Wimereux (23 to 27 June 2025)
• 5 Lunches (23^rd to 27^th June 2025) at the Marine Station of Wimereux or packed meals for field sampling (24^th June 2025) - Vegetarian meals available upon request
• Coffee/tea breaks with refreshments
• One Gala dinner
• Field trip to the Canche estuary for discovery, field measurements and samplings
• Bus transfer from Wimereux to Le Touquet on Saturday afternoon 28^th June.
